We want you to feel completely confident subscribing to Discover Your Ayah. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. This applies to subscriptions purchased directly on our website — if you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, see sections 2 and 3 below, since those refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google.

1. Our Commitment

Discover Your Ayah offers a fair and straightforward refund policy. We believe in the value of our service and want every subscriber to feel that their investment is worthwhile. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

2. Subscribed Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed to Discover Your Ayah Premium through the Apple App Store, your purchase was made directly with Apple, not with us. Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases, and we have no ability to issue, expedite, or override an App Store refund on Apple's behalf.

To request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, find Discover Your Ayah in your purchase history, and follow Apple's refund request steps. Apple reviews and decides each request according to their own policies.

3. Subscribed Through Google Play

If you subscribed through Google Play, your purchase was made directly with Google, not with us. Google handles all billing and refunds for Google Play purchases, and we have no ability to issue, expedite, or override a Google Play refund on Google's behalf.

To request a refund: open the Google Play Store app, go to Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Order history, find the subscription, and select Request a refund. You can also visit Google's official refund help page for current steps. Google reviews and decides each request according to their own policies.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel, contact us at info@discoveryourayah.com or manage your subscription through the billing portal link in your confirmation email. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings or the Google Play Store app instead — we cannot cancel those subscriptions on your behalf.

7. Free Tier

The free ayah delivery option involves no payment and therefore no refund applies. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the service, please contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue promptly or issue a refund for any affected billing period. This applies to website subscriptions; App Store and Google Play subscribers should also report the issue to us, but any refund for those purchases must go through Apple or Google directly.
