2. Subscription Refunds

• 14-day money back guarantee: If you subscribe and are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked
• Monthly subscriptions: After the 14-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
• Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase you are entitled to a full refund
• Renewal charges: If you are charged for a renewal and did not intend to renew, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the charge

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@discoveryourayah.com with:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
• A brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Free Tier

The free ayah delivery option involves no payment and therefore no refund applies. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the service, please contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue promptly or issue a refund for any affected billing period.
